| Adolescent Adventure Groups (local) Led by Founder DB Palmer 10 Session minimum (1 per week) Rotating group members keep continuity. Groups capped at 6-8 members. Groups participate in an outdoor activity like: canoeing, boating, hiking, or climbing. Our group sessions are NOT outfitted trips, rather we utilize the outdoors as a setting for openness. Adventure-Based Counseling & Family Therapy- A Seattle Metro Resource
ABC Family Therapy exists to provide counseling within the Greater Seattle area. Our counselors are both competent and caring. The
realm of Adventure-Based Counseling is well supported by clinical research (as are other modes) and is particularly suited to our staff of
trained adventure based counselors. ABC Family Therapy provides counseling via adventure based counseling sessions, workshops,
weekend, and week-long adventure sessions; as well as more 'traditional' counseling sessions. DB provides Educational Consulting for
families seeking educational placements for teens in need of: college prep academies, boarding schools, therapeutic boarding schools,
residential treatment, and wilderness therapy. DB does NOT support boot camp programs. Greta provides personal training and fitness
coaching, to include nutritional awareness.
